Stipulations
You must first have completed the registration process in order to have any services rendered. Click here to see how the process works. You may utilize these services for up to 15 days per month, with a maximum of five consecutive days. Alternate short-term arrangements may be possible; please contact me for more information. Backup child care service will be held in your home, unless otherwise agreed upon. It is my pleasure to also take care of your "special needs" children at no additional charge. At this time, I cannot offer care for more than three children at one time. This is for safety reasons; were there an emergency, I can only fit three back-seat riders at the same time. You must be able to provide your own child car seat for short transport requests. I offer services only to Northern New Jersey, defined with Passaic County (West Milford) as center of our communities serviced. Between us, the following counties are also serviced: Bergen, Morris, Sussex; parts of Warren and Essex. Sick Child Policy While I cannot provide care for children with actively communicable illnesses, I will provide services for families whose children are no longer considered to be in the “contagious” stage but are still not well enough for school. Please note that I do not dispense medication unless in a life-saving emergency. Late Fees
Due to the demand in these services, a late fee will apply if you arrive after the time you have reserved. This is to reimburse my other clients and to recompense for business lost. The late fee is currently $5 for every ten minutes late. If you are unsure of the length of services needed for the day, it is your responsibility to let me know beforehand to avoid the addition of this fee to your bill.
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation policy at this time.

Hours
When you register for free, I will meet with you in person, in part to gauge your child care hours and demands. I will then pair you up with child care providers that best suit your needs. I am not merely a referral service like those big companies! I am often your child's first care provider with child care services; in some cases, I end up being your regular provider. I try to make sure there are at least two providers are ideally suited for each family's needs. As always, scheduling ahead guarantees availability! |
